Attention all Samuel Fellowship members. This site for our fellowship has just been created. I just wanted to put a notice on. Well, I am looking for people who can help me manage this site. I've already got Lilian to do the second layout that will be out in December. I know it's a pretty long time, but this is a fellowship site. Not a regular website with new layouts every month so please bear with it. We will try our best to maintain updates on this website and perfect it. I really want Lilian as one of the Graphics Designers. We'll see ehh? Well important notices like some kind of edits will be put into this box. I am now searching for some people about maybe five to six, who can help me maintain this page. I need people to take turns updating this xanga every week. Every update will consist of the weekly scripture, and a short summary of the week's program. That's what i planned for now, but perhaps further on things can be added. That is if people are willing to put effort into perfecting this website. I was thinking on putting all the info here. You know how we count the money we got and the number of people and list of songs shared. We can probably list those too, if my helpers are very kind enough to do that. And also, we can post some Christian Song lyrics on every update maybe? Well anyone that wants to help me can always contact me. And proudly, Susan is willing to help me manage this site as I asked earlier! ^^ HOORAYYY! Well, you may also contact her.
Edit: Lilian and Linda will also help in management now (mostly in updating). If you are also invited/ you want to volunteer and help us, please follow the entry format that is made. Thx~
PS: Please do not use so many online language if you are updating entries.

| Date: October 8,2005 (Saturday) Program: Q&A Singspiration: John Ng (All in All, The Nails in Your Hands) Devotion: William Wu (/) Scripture: Proverbs 10:19
Today our program was Q&A. We were spread into 3 teams, ''I'', ''Love'', and ''You''. I was in "I" along with John, Linda, Charissa, Winnie, and Jia Rong. We won all because of Charissa and her knowledge of the Bible. I think we all had fun, well at least most of us, even though it was kinda confusing with the ''raising of hands'' problems. But overall I think we all had fun and learned more about our Lord and his disciples.
Next Weeks Program: The Prayer of Jabez: hosted by Serena. Singspiration will be led by Linda and devotion will be led by Jimmy Y.

| Date: October 1, 2005 (Saturday) Program: Peter and Carmen's Wedding (Special Program)
On this very special day a couple from church joined together to become husband and wife. This couple is Peter & Carmen. Friends and Family were invited to the wedding. Of course you can't miss inviting Samuel Fellowship.LOL. The wedding was a success. They got married, took pictures, had a party at the basketball court and had dinner (which we did not get invited to.) During the party Pastor, Roger and Tony played the couple. They both had to eat a grape from the fork. It was fun. Everyone had a great time even though some parts were boring. There is supposed to be people to thank but, i don't have their names, so sorry. On the same day the base of the basketball hoop cracked and water was flowing out of it. Fortunately, they got a package of soil to hold down the base. Pastor said he will buy a new basketball hoop so people wait for the new fun....
P.S. Pictures will be updated later......
Next Weeks Program: Q & A Singspiration: Linda Devotion: William Hope to see all of you here.!!!!!!!

| Date: September 24th, 2005 (Saturday) Program: Bowling Host: (Supposed to be Ken) Pastor, Serena, and Tony
Today we (Samuel members) went bowling at Shell Lane, which was located in a very confusing place somewhere on McDonald Ave. John, William, and Johnson went early to help us get tickets. But before we went, some of us played basketball and almost all of us had chinese class, which surprised many of us because almost none of us were expecting a chinese class on a trip day. When we arrived, we quickly got shoes and started to play. There weren't any problems, but then Lane 31 froze and the balls weren't able to get back up. But all in all, we all had fun at Shell Lane. We were driven back in two separate vehiles (the big van and the mini-van). When we got back to church, some of us played basketball and some of us played card games (the original-killer and 7-Step Pig).
Next Week's Program: Peter & Carmen's Wedding! There will be no regular program but all are invited to the wedding. If you are coming, please wear something nice.

| Date: September 17th, 2005 (Saturday) Program: The Prayer of Jabez I Host: Serena Singspiration: Ken (One Voice, All in All) Devotion: Linda (/) Scripture: 1 Peter 5:7
Our program for Septermber 17th, 2005 was The Prayer of Jabez I. We were all given a book titled, The Prayer of Jabez for Teens written by Bruce Wilkinson to keep. Thank you Church! We read Chapter One (Little Man, Big Prayer) together and answered some thinking questions. The questions were: 1) What one decision has changed your life the most so far? 2) Describe a life that you think would really count for God. Do you think God wants to give you that life? 3) In what ways are your life and Jabez's life alike? In what ways are they different? 4) Do you feel like you're ready to reach for a "more honorable" life? Can you think of anything that's stopping you? 5) Have you ever felt God working through you and around you in a powerful way? What did it feel like? What happened?
This program was interesting to most of us. We learned about Jabez (JAY-bez or any way you would like to pronounce it), who was only mentioned once or twice in the Bible. Jabez's prayer included four requests: ~ "Please bless me indeed!" ~ "Please enlarge my territory!" ~ "Please put Your hand on me!" ~ "Please keep me from evil!"
Next Week's Program: Bowling Trip hosted by Counselors. We're going to Shell Lane. We will meet together at church at 1:00 PM and come back by 5:00 PM. The cost is $2.25 per game and $2.75 for shoe rentals. Don't forget to bring your permission slips!!
Special Entry: On September 16th, 2005 (Friday), Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1070 59th Street, Brooklyn, New York hosted a very special program at 7:00 PM. ACM came to our church and held a concert. This concert helped those who were still questioning about their faith in God. We sang a lot of songs and listened to the special guests' speeches. Samuel and Isaac Fellowship members had to sit in the balcony during the concert. We were all given some Glow-In-The-Dark sticks to wave when the lights were off. Some of us even stood on the benches. Thank you ACM for your wonderful performance! We all enjoyed it!

| Date: September 10th, 2005 (Saturday) Program: Lester and Mei's Wedding (Special Program)
On September 10th, 2005, Samuel Fellowship attended a special program. Instead of having a regular fellowship program, we attended Lester Cheng and Mei Ko's Wedding Ceremony. The Wedding Ceremony began at 2:00 PM at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. All were invited. Samuel Fellowship members came to church early to help set up the wedding decorations. Thank you all for your help!
Special thanks to: Officiating Minister.............Rev. Ian Cheung Pianist................................Miss Cherry Hui Maid of Honor...................Miss Tiffany Ko Bridesmaids.......................Miss Wendy Ng Best Man...........................Mr. Tony Wong Groomsmen.......................Mr. Patrick Chiu Flower Girl........................Seraphina Wong Ring Bearer.......................Ethan Wong
The wedding went very smoothly and nicely. The ring bearer was very adorable, cute, and extremely photogenic (See picture). The flower girl was also very cute, but she was a little shy. After the ceremony, everyone had a chance to take pictures with the bride and groom. Pictures will be posted ASAP.
Afterwards, Isaac and Samuel members either played basketball or killer. It was a very fun and happy day. And we all wished that Lester and Mei will live happily in the name of Jesus Christ.
P.S. After the wedding, Charissa and Susan drew a portrait of each other on a white balloon, which was later released into the sky by John, Raymond, and Susan. We all watched the balloon as it flies higher and higher up into the sky.
Next Week's Program: The Prayer of Jabez I hosted by Serena! Singspiration will be led by Ken and devotion will be led by Linda. Next week's scripture is 1 Peter 5:7, please get ready for it!
